well. cos i dont listen to mainstream music.. like kpop and stuff.
in fact kpop is what i hate, almost to the extent that i hate rapping songs that mean nothing.
but classical pieces are timeless. just like audrey hepburn's little black dress :)
maybe music is why i dont have much friends also.. i do actually have alot of friends!
but cos i music i dont have more i guess haha cos we "speak different languages"
i dont understand why ppl like blasting music which has no substance in lyrics and weird chord progressions. just like how ppl dont understand how i can stand such "boring" music. but actually classical music, if you listen closely it gives you alot of space to think about pretty stuff, to reflect and all. a really different experience :)
while my friends may go crazy queuing up for SNSD or SUJU tickets
i'd rather be going to a chopin concert at esplanade :)
while ppl go clubbing, i'd rather be out having practice or staring at the stars (sg has few, im always thinking of the austrian night sky with the bright clear moon)
while ppl bitch about kim kardashian reading magazines, or talk about A&F guys, i'd rather be read scores :)
haha speaking of which. i did that once in the canteen when JY wasnt in school to accompany me, there was no seat but i alrdy bought my prata. so i had no choice but to share a table with 6 guys :( then i plugged in and listened to Liszt's piece, Poet and Peasant. and please! they gossiped about me can! i dont remember what they said exactly but i do remember appearing weird to them. AIYAH. leave me alone la. think im weird for all i care! haha
ya :) but al that said, i still love westlife! :D HEEHEE.
